Each OutOfContext item is made to order. Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Wrong size, color or change of mind

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot offer voluntary exchanges or returns for an incorrectly selected size or color, or simply because you changed your mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
